Have you ever thought about the flexibility of your intestines affecting the flexibility of your entire body? The natural motion of your intestines can become slow and sluggish if you do not take care of it; then your intestines start to build up toxins. This can cause various health issues including poor digestion, constipation, lower back pain, lack of energy circulation and abdominal discomfort.

There is good news. A simple exercise that you can do at home can really strengthen your intestines and help you take care of your body. Then, let’s learn how to take care of our intestines!

If you do this exercise on a daily basis, you will improve your digestive system while flushing out the toxins built up within. You will not only have strong intestines but also a healthy body with glowing skin.

So, here is how to exercise your intestines.

Lying, sitting or standing in a comfortable position, place both hands over your belly with your thumbs pointing toward your navel and your two index fingers touching so they form a triangle, covering the area from your navel to your pubic bone.

Begin by Inhaling as you push your abdomen outwards until you feel pressure, like blowing up a balloon.

Next, exhale completely, slowly pulling your abdomen back in toward your spine.

Hold each inhale and exhale for two to three seconds each.

Repeat this circuit 100 times at first. You can gradually increase the number of repetitions to 300.

You can also contract and relax your rectal muscles during this exercise to gather energy and create warmth more quickly.

This is a highly relaxing yet stimulating exercise. When you have completed your circuits, take time to balance your energy by lying or sitting still for several minutes.

You can balance your energy further by drinking several glasses of water after this exercise.
