There is evidence that cardio exercise can relieve some symptoms of fibromyalgia and it is beneficial to do aquatic-based exercise as it mixes cardio with resistant exercise. It should be noted that patients with this illness are very sensitive to cold air and water. Therefore, they should exercise in a heated pool and the air in the pool facility should also be warm.
