
I believe many of you plan to have delicious thanksgiving meal and share some quality time with your families and friends. If you happen to be
the one who prepares the food for the loving ones, you should consider
preparing healthy thanksgiving meal rather than delicious meal. The reason I
say this is because this is a critical time for those who have been on a diet
or those who have been exercising since this summer. A lot of people desire to have a nice and healthy
looking body during summer time and many of them start to exercise put
themselves on a diet plan to transform their bodies. However, many of them fail
to continue their plans and to keep the promises they made to themselves. What
usually makes them fail? It is the thanksgiving food. This is perfect
opportunity to give up the diet! It is because there are so many temptations. There
are so many delicious food and sweets. The temptation is too strong to resist
although they know they are not supposed to even look at those food. Also, it
is winter. It’s time to wear many layers of cloths which hide some extra pounds
in the body. Last, it is the thanksgiving after all. It is only once a year. You
certainly don’t want your loving ones to fail their diet because of the sweet and
fatty food you have prepared, do you? The good news is there are many ways to
prepare food for healthy thanksgiving. On the next blog, I will share some
