Are your hands and feet cold?
Do you often get cold hands and/or feet? This symptom is caused by various reasons, some of which are chorionic diseases that affect your blood circulation. Poor blood circulation often results in cold hands and feet. If you often get this symptom, it is probably a good idea to check your overall health. You may not have a good blood circulation in your body.
Poor circulation in the body is more serious than most people may think. It is a known cause and beginning stage of many serious illnesses such as edema, diabetes, arteriosclerosis and even some types of cancers.

In order to maintain good health and a strong body, good blood circulation is critical. Blood delivers oxygen and many nutrients to all of the parts of the body to function as they are intended. If the blood doesn’t reach a certain body part, it becomes less functional or malfunctions and causes other diseases in the body. Therefore, do not overlook your cold hands and feet.
While it is always important to visit your healthcare provider to evaluate your overall health and receive professional advice, there are also some exercises and diet plans you may follow to improve your blood circulation and your health.
CGI will be hosting a seminar about the topic “Cold hands and feet” to help those who want to overcome this symptom and improve their overall health.  It will be a great chance for you to learn about additional symptoms, the potential health risks they pose, natural treatments, and exercises to improve your blood circulation. Details for this event will be posted soon. So, stay tuned!
